Terms of Service

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to ZenCoach and for obtaining any permissions needed to contact customers, athletes, parents, or prospects.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and promptly notify us if you believe your account or connected integrations have been compromised.
• You are responsible for using ZenCoach in compliance with applicable laws, privacy obligations, payment rules, and communication consent requirements.

Acceptable Use

You must not use ZenCoach for spam, cold outreach, prohibited content, harassment, deception, scraping, unlawful activity, or any activity that violates Meta, Facebook, or Instagram policies. You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, security measures, or platform restrictions.

Instagram Features

Instagram features depend on Meta API approval, granted permissions, rate limits, outages, reviews, and policy changes. ZenCoach may modify, suspend, or remove Instagram functionality if required by Meta, applicable law, security needs, or operational constraints.

Google OAuth, Calendar, and Gmail Features

Google sign-in, Google Calendar, and Gmail features depend on Google OAuth approval, granted scopes, API verification, sensitive or restricted scope review, quotas, rate limits, outages, user consent, administrator controls, and Google policy changes. ZenCoach may modify, suspend, or remove Google-connected functionality if required by Google, applicable law, security needs, or operational constraints.

Google Acceptable Use

You must not use ZenCoach's Google Calendar or Gmail features for spam, cold outreach, deceptive messaging, prohibited content, unlawful communications, harassment, scraping, surveillance, abuse of Google services, bypassing Gmail sending limits or filters, or violations of Google API Services, OAuth, Gmail, Calendar, Workspace, or anti-abuse policies.

Stripe and Stripe Connect Features

Payment, billing, payout, and connected account features depend on Stripe approval, account onboarding, identity and business verification, requested capabilities, risk review, reserves, holds, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, payment method availability, country availability, quotas, rate limits, outages, and Stripe policy changes. ZenCoach may modify, suspend, or remove Stripe-connected functionality if required by Stripe, applicable law, security needs, compliance obligations, or operational constraints.

Stripe Responsibilities

If you use Stripe or Stripe Connect through ZenCoach, you agree to provide accurate business, tax, identity, payout, and payment information; comply with Stripe's services agreements, connected account agreements, privacy terms, prohibited and restricted business rules, payment network rules, and applicable laws; and remain responsible for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, taxes, and customer communications related to your coaching business.

Stripe Acceptable Use

You must not use ZenCoach's Stripe features for fraudulent transactions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, deceptive sales, unauthorized charges, prohibited or restricted businesses, illegal goods or services, payment card abuse, test card abuse, attempts to bypass Stripe risk controls, or any activity that violates Stripe policies, card network rules, financial regulations, or applicable law.

Customer Data and Communications

You are responsible for the messages, replies, notes, session records, customer records, and business information you create or send through ZenCoach. You must ensure your communications are lawful, authorized, and consistent with platform policies.

Payments and Billing

If ZenCoach provides paid services or payment-related features, you agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the terms of any payment processor or financial service provider used with ZenCoach.

Suspension and Enforcement

ZenCoach may suspend or restrict access for misuse, abusive use, security risk, suspected fraud, policy violations, legal risk, nonpayment, or conduct that may harm ZenCoach, users, customers, or connected platforms.

Changes to the Service

We may update ZenCoach and these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZenCoach after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
