Data Deletion Instructions

ZenCoach lets coaches connect Instagram through Meta APIs, Google services through Google OAuth, Google Calendar, and Gmail APIs, and Stripe or Stripe Connect for payments, billing, payouts, and connected account workflows. You can request deletion of your connected integration data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Log in to ZenCoach and disconnect Instagram from Settings > Integrations.
Log in to ZenCoach and disconnect Google Calendar or Gmail from Settings > Integrations.
Log in to ZenCoach and disconnect Stripe or Stripe Connect from Settings > Integrations.
Remove ZenCoach from your Meta account under Facebook/Instagram Apps and Websites settings.
Remove ZenCoach's access from your Google Account security settings under Third-party apps and services.
Manage or revoke connected account access through your Stripe Dashboard where Stripe makes those controls available.
Email info@zencoach.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

What We Delete

When we receive a deletion request, we delete or anonymize connected integration data associated with your ZenCoach account, including Meta/Instagram access tokens, account IDs, Instagram account IDs, webhook records, stored conversations, stored messages, message content, sender IDs, timestamps, Google OAuth tokens, Google account IDs, Google account email addresses, granted scopes, Google Calendar IDs, calendar events, event metadata, availability records, Gmail message IDs, thread IDs, labels, headers, message content, attachment metadata, Stripe account IDs, connected account IDs, customer IDs, account session IDs, payment and checkout identifiers, subscription and invoice identifiers, refund and dispute identifiers, payout and transfer identifiers, webhook event records, and related integration metadata.

Stripe Retention

Stripe may independently retain payment, payout, identity verification, tax, risk, compliance, and transaction records according to Stripe's own legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, and financial reporting obligations. ZenCoach may also retain limited Stripe-related records where required for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, chargeback, or compliance reasons.

Limited Retention

We may retain limited records where required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may take up to 30-90 days to expire from our systems.
